designhouse by Andy Armstrong is a collection of Photoshop actions, brushes, custom shapes, and styles, as well as hi-res backgrounds, wallpapers, textures, digital mats, and photo objects. He's also recently released a set of greeting card templates and magazine cover templates for modern photographers. If you get a chance, go check it out. You can see designhouse at http://www.getdesignhouse.com. There's a whole bunch of video tutorials in the dh learning center too.

Ahem....where is this grain you speak of Ruth? Those look great to me...nice action shots!
Ruth, I open up to at least 2.8 so I don't have to go as high on the ISO. Hmm Canon shouldn't be grainy. I've heard the ISO noise isn't bad at all. I also ask if I can use a flash - which I point straight up and use ABBC to direct some forward. (Ref only knows light goes up, so I usually get an okay on this).
You do need a bit more SS too if you are standing beside the court - it you want to stop the ball. Personally, I like the ball moving and the people frozen.
Thanks SO much Cindy...playoffs next week!
