Challenges

I got this from another blog. Thought we might like to give it a shot. It would require each of us making a copy of this list and having AT LEAST one image a week to show. Anyone game?

We'd begin with week 2 since we are into the year.

I'd also still like to do the ad idea (where we post an image and try to duplicate it.) Maybe we can take turns throwing one of those in each month?

Love it Cindy! Can I make one suggestion tho, how about we take 2 days (ahem, the weekend maybe) to post anything that we are working on, in other words still be able to 'show off', I love seeing what you all are doing and I would miss that.

and ps. week 2, who are the peas?

I know it might be a hassle but maybe we can have a different blog for the challenge and still keep this one to "show off" our other images?
I love the Challenge ideas!

I would find it hard to participate in a second blog...it's tough enuf to keep up with posting on this one, plus most of us have a personal blogs as well. But I'd like to hear what everyone else has to say!

What a great idea - I am up for it! I don't think we would need a different blog if we post the challenge image once a week and then do the rest of our images the rest of the 6 days I don't think it would be a problem.

Meg, I think we should still post what we are working on in addition to the challenge. After all, we are supposed to be posting daily, so that would be great!

I may be confused here (what're the odds?) but let me see if this would work. We can post to the weekly challenge for as many days of the week that we want to, and also post our 'show off' stuff on the other days. In other words, some weeks we might want to do several days (or a full week) of the challenge and other weeks we might be busier and therefore it would be easier to just post what we are working on. How does that sound?

And may I add, I really like the idea of the 'Hometown' and 'What you do outside of photography' challenges...I like getting to know you gals better and it's so fun to share personal stories!

I like this idea and we tried to do it one time. I say lets go for it. But because I basically have 3 jobs I just don't think I can really jump in. When I started this blog I wasn't nearly as busy as I am now. And when I look at the list of things I really need to do, like update my web it starts feeling overwhelming. I'm never going to get caught up because I keep adding things to my list. Someone please allow me to quit my job and focus on photography. Yea, that isn't going to happen. So I say go for it and I will play as I can. Can't wait!!!
