I've done so much to this picture I can't begin to tell you. All I do know is that I feel like my light meter is giving me the wrong metering. All the sudden every picture is coming out underexposed and I"M SURE it is ME. It always is. Anyway I was playing with a new filter. The picture behind it is a bush from the front of my house. Kubota grain and lots of it.

Cool photo.

Have you tried the test for calibrating your meter and your camera that was posted on ILP? I did it yesterday and mine were spot on, so I'd give it a try.

Yea, but it was working fine inside my studio all winter. It's just been since I've gone outside this spring. I'm going to call the lighting store today. My battery says it is full but I'm wondering if it is starting to get weak.

We are brilliant are we not? And I found out that I'm the problem, not the light meter. Had a light bulb moment this morning and I feel so much better now.
