Well, I hate to post a non-accident picture ...lol...but we leave in an hour for San Diego and I won't be able to post again til Friday. This was one of my 4th of July fireworks pics photoshopped with what I thought was the Neon glow filter. However, in going back to double check I cannot recreate the effect - any ideas you gals might have on what filter this is? Anyway, I thought it was cool and my daughter thought it looked like a painting.
