...for hubby and I. Kids were out and about last night so I scrounged in the fridge and used what we had. Came up with this (+ a salad)...I think once my kids move out, we will eat a whole lot less meat...and a lot more cheesecake!

here here for cheescake. But I'm afraid at my house, once the kids are gone it will be cereal! That is all my husbandf eats for dinner if I don't make something.
