I love Nebraska and the fact that you can drive in any rural area and see these great old barns. I don't love the fact that it seems all the great old barns are being neglected and in their place, new metal outbuildings are going up. I have been thinking of starting a project to photograph all the old barns and sheds in my area. It should be fun searching all the back roads and old farms.

Great Picture, sure reminds me of home. My parents had to burn our old Barn down, it was moving in the wind and they were afraid it was going to fall down and hurt someone.
I agree, I think people should love their old barns! I'm not sure how to maintain them in their "oldness." I do love an old barn!
